Prices and Availability
Pricing and Availability are subject to change without notice. We understand the IT industry moves very rapidly and prices can fluctuate greatly. We will make our best effort to keep pricing and Availability up to date on the website.
Defective, DOA product
If a product is defective within the first 30days of delivery, Sandbox IT reserves the right to have the product replaced by any suitable means (typically by working with the manufacturer to have a new product sent directly). After 30days, replacement/service of the product becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer as detailed in the manufacturers standard warranty.
Returns
Product that are in working condition and to be returned for reason other than DOA (defective on arrival) are subject to a %20 restocking fee. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, please contact us to discuss options.
Product information
Sandbox IT will make best effort to keep all product info accurate. However it may be possible for discrepancies to occur. Should you encounter such an error, please let us know and we will fix the error as soon as possible. Sandbox IT also reserves the right to cancel an order should it be found that the product information is inaccurate.
Applicable Taxes
All applicable taxes to your province, state and country apply.
